4. Product Quality & Guarantee
Smileful products are 100% organic cotton, AZO-free dye, hypoallergenic, and non-bacterial. Each item is carefully handpicked and quality-checked before shipping.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund through Amazon.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled by Amazon India. Delivery timelines are as shown at checkout (typically 2-3 days in metro areas). We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including weather, courier issues, or government actions.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refund policies are governed by Amazon India's policies. For return requests, login to your Amazon account and initiate a return within the allowed timeframe. We accept returns of unused, original-condition products within Amazon's return window.
Refunds are processed by Amazon once the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Payment
All payments are processed through Amazon.in using secure payment methods. We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment information. Payment processing is governed by Amazon's privacy and security policies.

10. Social Impact & Donations
Smileful operates through the Smileful Child Impact Foundation, a non-profit wing. For every order placed, we donate a pair of baby clothing to a child in need. This commitment is independent of our for-profit operations and does not affect product pricing or your consumer rights.

We do not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.
